Romeo Maestas serves in Acquisitions & Market Development for Harvest MXD, supporting acquisition sourcing, brokerage assignments, asset management, and market research. Based in Colorado Springs, Romeo helps identify opportunities, support client assignments, and coordinate project-level execution across the firm’s investment, development, advisory, and brokerage work.

Prior to joining Harvest MXD, Romeo contributed to one of the nation’s largest residential real estate companies, where he gained experience in strategic real estate marketing, brokerage, asset management, and market analysis. His background also includes property management and project coordination, giving him a practical understanding of real estate execution at both the property and transaction level. He was also a candidate for Colorado Springs Real Producers Under 30, reflecting his continued commitment to building expertise and relationships within the real estate industry.

Romeo is a licensed Colorado real estate broker. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys outdoor activities and is involved in community and philanthropic efforts, including The Harvest MXD Foundation, where he supports discipleship-focused ministry and outreach.
