Mike Arnold brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to Harvest MXD, specializing in brokerage, tenant and buyer representation, market analysis, and transaction strategy. Based in Colorado Springs, Mike combines extensive local market knowledge with experience serving clients throughout Colorado and nationally.

Prior to joining Harvest MXD, Mike served as Vice President at JLL, where he advised businesses ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 100 corporations on their real estate requirements. His experience includes office leasing, acquisitions, financial analysis, and strategic real estate planning. Representative clients include Oracle, Trimble, DispatchHealth, Classic Homes, and Transcom Worldwide.

A Colorado Springs native, Mike brings an analytical approach to real estate decisions, helping clients evaluate opportunities through both financial and operational considerations. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from the University of Colorado and has been involved with the University of Colorado Real Estate Center Alumni Association and the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC Voyager program.
