Eduardo is a Principal at Harvest MXD where he oversees development and advising activities for the firm. 

Prior to joining Harvest MXD, Eduardo was an Executive Managing Director for Storybuilt, a nationally recognized urban real estate development firm.  In this role Eduardo was directly responsible for leading the Dallas market on the execution of projects valued at over $500 million.  Additionally, Eduardo led and managed all acquisitions and entitlement efforts for the market. 

During his time with Storybuilt, Eduardo also served in a variety of other executive roles for the organization, playing a pivotal role on projects valued in excess of $1 billion.  This included being the Corporate Director of Acquisitions where he led acquisition activities in three Texas markets; serving as the Corporate Director of Business Development where he spearheaded numerous operational growth initiatives; and acting as the Dallas Director of Acquisitions and Development, where he personally led development efforts starting in 2016. 

Eduardo earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, where he focused his studies on Real Estate Development and Entrepreneurship.  Eduardo is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
