Kyle Vinson serves as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Strategy & Asset Management for Harvest MXD, where he provides strategic oversight across the firm’s advisory, investment, asset management, and transaction activities. He brings extensive experience working with institutional owners, investors, developers, and public-sector stakeholders to develop and execute real estate strategies that enhance asset performance and long-term value.
Prior to joining Harvest MXD, Mr. Vinson led asset management for City Office REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, where he oversaw a portfolio of commercial real estate assets spanning Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and the broader southeastern United States. His responsibilities included portfolio strategy, asset performance, capital planning, leasing and investment decision-making across a geographically diverse institutional portfolio.
Previously, Mr. Vinson served as Senior Portfolio Manager with Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas, advising clients on complex real estate matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, entitlement, zoning, asset management, and transaction execution. During his tenure, he led the real estate advisory team for Victory Park, one of Dallas’ most prominent urban mixed-use districts, working with ownership to advance a comprehensive redevelopment and repositioning strategy.
At Victory Park, Mr. Vinson coordinated strategy and execution across ownership, development partners, consultants, city leadership, adjacent property owners, and other key stakeholders. The assignment required navigating the intersection of private investment, public-sector priorities, development strategy, entitlement, placemaking, and long-term asset value — experience that directly informs Harvest MXD’s approach to complex real estate and public-private opportunities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Vinson has worked across multiple facets of the real estate investment lifecycle, including portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, entitlement, zoning, and municipal negotiations. His experience includes work involving the Cities of Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Mansfield, Cedar Park, and Austin.
Mr. Vinson holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Finance from Texas Tech University. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
