Michael Mukadi is a real estate and finance professional who supports Harvest MXD and VLK Harvest across commercial real estate analysis, transaction coordination, market research, underwriting, and client-facing advisory work. As part of the firm’s integrated real estate advisory and execution platform, Michael helps evaluate opportunities and move assignments from initial review through diligence, strategy, and execution.

Michael’s work includes financial analysis, property and market research, deal tracking, presentation support, due diligence coordination, and communication with investors, developers, lenders, and clients. Through VLK Harvest, he contributes to district-focused real estate advisory assignments, including portfolio analysis, property research, transaction strategy, financial modeling, and client-facing materials for public education clients.

Michael is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent and earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Real Estate and Hospitality from the University of North Texas, where he was involved with the UNT Real Estate Club. Based in Fort Worth, Michael is known for his analytical mindset, responsiveness, and ability to support complex assignments with organization and follow-through.
